“I’m so sick of chasing paperwork!”
Mmmmmmm… we love hearing that. From the beginning, CrewTracks was designed to replace paperwork on the job site and eliminate delays in the office. We’ve always been able to replace your paper timesheets, production reports, equipment logs, materials lists, and we’ve even custom-built forms since the beginning.
However, in 2019, we added a HUGE feature called Document Management. It at least tripled the usefulness of CrewTracks, and, not to brag, but we gave it to all our existing customers for free.
Document Management allows you to upload your own PDFs, whether it’s reference-only materials like drawings or plans, or complete-and-return PDFs like a job safety analysis or an equipment inspection.
This is an incredibly robust feature. There’s a lot to learn, but it’s all here in five videos if you want to take a deep dive. For a quick overview, see our blog post on the topic.
