CrewTracks helps you make sure you have the right people in the right place at the right time. Most companies opt to put CrewTracks in the hands of a crew leader, so you typically won’t track the GPS location of every employee all day. Rather, the crew leader will take a picture of each person when they arrive and when they leave, and CrewTracks will add a GPS pin to each clock event. This allows you to double-check each of the following as needed:
- Photo – right person
- GPS Pin – right place
- Timestamp – right time
You can also put CrewTracks in the hands of individuals and track their device’s location the entire time they’re clocked in. We usually see this in the case of drivers and service crews, but some companies choose this option for all their employees. It’s just another way CrewTracks adapts to your company’s needs.
